On 22 July, Terra has released an important community notice on X platform about the ongoing Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases of Terraform Labs Pte Ltd (TFL) and Terraform Labs Limited (TLL).
The Preliminary Crypto Loss Bar Date, which is the deadline for filing crypto loss claims specifically for Chapter 11 voting purposes, has been set for August 21, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. (ET).
If you have a crypto loss claim against TFL that arose before January 21, 2024, or against TLL that arose before July 1, 2024, make sure to file your claim by this deadline to ensure it’s considered for Chapter 11 voting purposes only.
It’s important to note that this deadline is only for voting purposes in the Chapter 11 plan, not for allowance or distribution, which will be dealt with later in the Chapter 11 process.
