In a significant leap for its verification initiative, Pi Network has announced that more than 3.36 million additional Pioneers have now fully passed Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This milestone follows the rollout of a new AI-powered system process that performs additional checks on Tentative KYC cases.

According to the Pi Core Team, the system has enabled over 4.76 million Tentative KYC’d users to become eligible for full verification. The large-scale process leverages advanced artificial intelligence models and comprehensive data analysis from both liveness checks and KYC applications. Its goal is to confirm that each applicant is a real, living person and meets all criteria required to finalize KYC approval.

This update is a critical step in strengthening the integrity of Pi’s ecosystem. By ensuring that only legitimate users pass verification, the network continues to uphold its “one person, one account” policy—safeguarding fairness and preventing fraudulent or duplicate accounts.

Of the newly approved users, about 2.69 million have already migrated to the Pi Mainnet blockchain, further advancing the network’s open mainnet phase. Those who have completed KYC but not yet migrated are encouraged to review the Mainnet Checklist in the Pi app and finalize their migration.

The Core Team also noted that approximately 3 million additional Tentative KYC cases could soon be resolved through this same automated process—provided users complete any pending liveness checks in the app.

Moreover, Pi Network reminded users that active mining and engagement within the app can help trigger background system processes, potentially accelerating both KYC completion and migration progress.

This development highlights Pi Network’s ongoing commitment to building a secure, authentic, and inclusive Web3 ecosystem grounded in real human participation.
