Sam Bankman-Fried Pleads Not Guilty to Latest Charges

Sam Bankman-Fried pleads not guilty to fraud and money laundering charges related to FTX's collapse. 

New indictment includes misuse of customer funds for personal gains and political donations. 

Charges from original December indictment, with added campaign finance charge due to treaty obligations with Bahamas. 

Magistrate Judge Sarah Neburn oversees hearing, Bankman-Fried declines full indictment reading, maintains not guilty plea. 

Bankman-Fried declines to have the entire indictment read aloud in court. 

Bankman-Fried's Trial scheduled to commence in early October.
