Check Out What is Cryptography?

Cryptography is the practice of using codes to secure information and communication, ensuring only intended recipients can understand it.

Cryptography enables anonymous, secure, and trustless cryptocurrency transactions, eliminating the need for intermediaries.

In computer science, cryptography uses algorithms to transform messages into difficult-to-decipher forms, protecting data privacy, online activities, and confidential communications.

Cryptography includes methods like encryption and decryption, hiding information in storage or transit, and is associated with cryptology and cryptanalysis.

This type uses a secret key for both encryption and decryption, with examples like Advanced Encryption Standard (AES).

Cryptography dates back to around 2000 B.C. with Egyptian hieroglyphics, and the term originates from the Greek "kryptos" (hidden) and "-graphy" (writing).
